Masqueraders and Spectators...

Rules for the road!!!

The National Carnival Band Association (NCBA) has taken great measures to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of its masqueraders throughout recent years.
Especially on the road towards making a smoother transition by easing up the streets from kaoutic vending.
In the effort to crossing judging points within a timely manner.
As some problems may persist or have been resolved another sprung an even nastier leak...spilling onto the streets.
Because Carnival belongs to everyone especially when there's blood pumping through your body for culture.
Not to mention the spectators, who provide the live audience... watching the masqueraders display their splendour on Carnival Monday and Tuesday,.
However, the organizers must have rules for the road.
Speaking, about rules recently I visited my friend’s apartment which also facilitated a swimming pool.
So I immediately made my way towards the bathing area. Noticed a list of rules written in white ag:ainst a dark background.
One rule stood out in particular: “Bathing for tenants only”, the other one was “swim at your own risk”.
Fortunately enough, this was two days before Carnival, so I decided to follow one rule only.

Bathe before entering the pool with shower provided”. I complied and followed instructions and the rest was palance.
