Atmosphere at the J'ouvert Parade as thousands of revellers took to the streets of Crown Heights beginning around 3:00 A.M. for a colorful and raucous pre-dawn 'J'ouvert' street procession - a prequel to the day's West Indian Day Parade on September 7, 2015 in the Brooklyn borough of New York City.
