Patrick Augustus Mervyn Manning is a Trinidadian politician who was the fourth and sixth Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago from 17 December 1991 to 9 November 1995 and again from 24 December 2001 to 26 May 2010.
Manning died at 8.15am on July 2nd 2016 after battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He was with family as he passed.
