Testing 1 2 3...

Founder of Andrews Grant Agency Marlon Grant interacts with the audience, clients and invited quest, at the Hyatt Trinidad and Tobago, in which he made reference to how talented dreams can become a business reality, with great Talent Management.

“Talent Maturity”

                A
ndrew Grant Agency “AGA”  method can be described, as a small functioning entertainment "economy", which balances the scale of “talent” production, to sustaining creative development in Trinidad and Tobago.

On a day where expectations were resiliently high… for showcasing their talent, they came in firing positions; filing seats at the Hyatt for the hope of being inspired by invited guest.

Even though it was just another manic Monday to be exact November 12, 2012...nippily turned into an extraordinary day of talent display about to unfold, as AGA Founder Marlon Grant extended his portfolio yet again, through an interactive forum.

Marlon connected the finest contributors to T&T social entertainment within, music, video and event planning (Carl Beaver Henderson, Walt Lovelace and Derrick Lewis).

Each speaker give an all-round approach and explained how contributing factors of entertainment played a role, within their respected Genre... which has been achieved,as they shared center stage. Visionary pioneers to talent and their milestone of achievements/experiences, to how the dynamics of having a good approach, vigorous work ethic and developing that moral framework towards success that brings longevity, through belief “talent is yours use it”.

After this message motivated talent and associates of the AGA team, gathered their resources for a showdown of performances, which was delivered with a testing code… for the audience to detect incoming talent has arrived.
