However, witnessing some noticeable traits throughout our local workforce "business owners"... of whom are most likely the #1 perpetrators, committing these "leadership" sins. On a regular which by the way... do exist primarily... within small organizations striving for "BIG" . Viewed as an act of bitter condemnation, counter- productive and intellectually vacuous towards a successful business .
