Wrong Style…bad leadership!

Shifting focus away from the political bonanza... you may see them parading, even performing on  platforms "hooray", but yet they possess no leadership skills...

" I'm Bankrupt "

Yes! They're intelligent, motivated, individuals who possess some good ideas, along with a wealth of experience. Suddenly turned into atrocious business owners, ultimately committing the deadly sins of leadership.

Taken from an insert... the joy of business and coordinator of access consciousness Simone Milasas says there are 5 deadly leadership sins.   "hmm" Really...

However, witnessing some noticeable traits throughout our local workforce "business owners"... of whom are most likely the #1 perpetrators, committing these "leadership" sins. On a regular which by the way... do exist primarily... within small organizations striving for "BIG" . Viewed as an act of bitter condemnation, counter- productive and intellectually vacuous towards a successful business .

Even so 2 stood out  as being  the most practice and over- exposed...  leadership sin done by "business owners" T&T style.

M
icromanaging:

“Being the head honcho and controlling everything is an outdated leadership model. Trying to control process and outcomes actually limits the business and doesn’t allow employees to contribute in ways you can’t,” Milasas says.

Instead, she says, allow employees the space to make their own choices “Ask your staff questions like, “what can you contribute to this project? What ideas do you have? How would you like this to look? When you empower staff, you create a positive and productive work-space.

P
oor Hiring:

Rather than hiring in your likeness… hire to cover your gaps.  “There are three main types of people in business: movers, connectors and creators. Connectors know who to talk to when, and are great in sales; movers know how to run a business with momentum and foresight, and creators are the visionaries,” Work out which one you are and which qualities are most important to your business, and then hire to fill the spaces”
