First Citizens Youth Awards Ceremony

The First Citizens Sports Foundation Youth Awards Ceremony 2016

First Citizens Sports Foundation Youth Awards 2016

(Sports has been good to me and seeing the world, as a result makes it even more wonderful.)

Cleopatra Borel First Citizens Sports Foundation Sportswoman of the year 2014/ TT Shot Put Athlete and Pan American Games Gold Medalist 2015, painted a world picture. Capturing the imagination through sport competitions. For which she participated as an athlete through her eyes. Speaking during a featured address at the First Citizens Sports Foundation Youth Awards 2016.

Smiling within every moment, and beneath her quiet laughter …she displayed a solemn and keened desire for competing on the world athletic stage… a feeling and expression which also resonates with the upcoming youth athletes present at the ceremony.

Yes! The winners were brilliant bodied, young banded athletes, showing flashes of gold on their faces, but once you took a closer look... you can  feel  their affection and limitless devotion for sport.

First Citizens Sports Foundation Youth Awards enhances the mind, body and human will for these athletes,as each one embodied a different, but similar determination, shinning through their eyes.

Oh how they glow for achieving victory …see them sitting within the audience patiently awaiting their medal presentation.

Even a trophy for the Male Youth of The Year Jeron Thompson (Swimming) and Female Youth of The Year Khalifa St. Fort (Track and Field) for their excellence proved just right.

First Citizens Sports Foundation Youth Awards Ceremony makes winners want to win even more.

Stay Tuned…
